ORA-27125: unable to create shared memory segment

Hi Expert,

I have problem when startup Oracle 12c in solaris cluster,

in configuraation :

- solaris 10 x86-64bit

- osc3.3

- oracle 12c release 2 enterprise

- physical memory 64GB

note : the current setting for  shared memory

oracle$prctl -n project.max-shm-memory -i process $$

process: 7209: -bash

NAME    PRIVILEGE       VALUE    FLAG   ACTION                       RECIPIENT

project.max-shm-memory

        privileged      20.0GB      -   deny                                 -

        system          16.0EB    max   deny                                 -

while database service was enabled and Observing in cluster log level the following messages as below :

root@node1#tail -50 /var/opt/SUNWscor/oracle_server/message_log.db-srv-rs
