Material transaction is not showing sale order issue transaction

Dear,

I have an Auto invoice in receivable. and sales order number is also shown in transaction lines information. but when i try to find out Sales order issue transaction against that invoice in material transaction. i didn't find any transaction related to that invoice. Is there any way to diagnose that sales order issue.
