We need to dispose some assets and reenter to the system since the opening balance is not entered co

For example; Opening Balance= 300,000  This opening balance need to be split as follows.  Land=150,000 > Depreciation should not be calculated Building=100,000 > Depreciation should be calculated Additions=50,000  Please explain how we can accommodate this in the system?
