The Account Payables Invoice cannot cancel because of insufficient balance issue. How to cancel the Invoice when occur this kind of issue. this happen in one of government organization. therefore they not allow us to raised the budget for that particular account. so raising budget is not an option. i'm looking for for a different solution other than raising budget. following screen shot shows the error massage.

there is also related canceled payment for this invoice. but this invoice and related payment is still showing in the period closing exception report. if anyone is know this issue please be kind help to resolve this problem.
