ORA-27191: sbtinfo2 returned error

Trying to duplicate a DB using RMAN, we duplicated before no problem but now we get the following error

RMAN-03002: failure of Duplicate Db command at 11/26/2018 12:21:23

RMAN-05501: aborting duplication of target database

RMAN-03015: error occurred in stored script Memory Script

ORA-27191: sbtinfo2 returned error

Additional information: 3555

ORA-19511: non RMAN, but media manager or vendor specific failure, error text:

   Failed to get info on backup file, c-2394373944-20181124-01.

We can resolve the netbackup server

/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/bpclntcmd -hn lhbackup

host lhbackup: lhbackup.ipcmedia.com at 10.132.82.67

aliases:     lhbackup.ipcmedia.com     lhbackup     10.132.82.67
