unable to insert data into WIP_DISCRETE_JOBS table in development instance

Hi,

We are facing error while entering data into WIP_DISCRETE_JOBS (interface name -- WIP_JOB_SCHEDULE_INTERFACE) table in development instance.

Getting error in WIP_INTERFACE_ERRORS :

"Unable to find an open accounting period

Cause:        Oracle Work in Process was unable to find an open accounting period. 

Action:        Please navigate to the Open Accounting Period form in Oracle Inventory to open a new period.
"

Please help.
