Empty NAValue

Hi Experts

In one of our customers we have a measure, type real, and base state and Aggg state write. The customer requested us to set the navalue of this measure equal 4, due to their necessities. The problem is that after we did it, the measure turned empty every time we set the value 4 in the measure, and when we open a workbook with the intersection store/item/week, the customer will see only a blank measure, with no value, Is that normal?.

Is there a way that we can display this navalue for this measure?
