AME responsibilities noshow for users after all steps to set up AME followed.

Hi,

We are on Oracle EBS 12.1.3. I'm following the steps to set up AME for users. The two roles have been assigned and grants have been created, also the profile AME:Installed is set to Yes for Human resources at the application level. But when logging in as that user, I don't see the two responsibilities:

Approvals Management Administrator

Approvals Management Business Analyst

For existing users, I also ran the concurrent program "Approvals management Post Upgrade Process" successfully. That didn't work either.

Can anyone please help? Thank you!
