How to remove invisible double quotes surrounding the column value?

Hi All,

           Can any one tell me how can we remove invisible double quotes surrounding the column value? I am trying to query a column in oracle table,and I am seeing the double quotes surrounding the column value when I paste in notepad.

When I paste the above column value in notepad,I am seeing the below value.

"New GL Integration and Implementation "
