Error while trying to install 10.1.2 patch 14614795

I'm trying to install the 10.1.2 tech stack patch 14614795 (required from note 393931.1) but I'm getting the following error:

Patch "14614795" needs the patch(es) " 9593176 " to be installed in Oracle Home before it can be applied.

ERROR: OPatch failed during prerequisite check.

However, I have already installed patch 14825718, which is supposed to contain 9593176.

The fixes for Patch 9593176, 14614795,  are included in the patch currently

being installed (14825718).  OPatch will roll back the subset patch(es) and

install the new patch (14825718).

$ORACLE_HOME/OPatch/opatch lsinventory | grep -i 14825718

  Patch  14825718 applied on Mon Nov 26 10:47:57 CST 2018

We are running on Redhat Linux 7
