Vacation hours adjustment
Hello,
Our employees instead of accruing vacations with every pay period are entitled to a certain amount of vacation hours based on seniority at the beginning of each year. At the of the year, hours not used are rollover up to a maximum and new hours are uploaded again.
For employees hired middle of the year through, the system upload the yearly amount of hours during the benefit enrollment but then during the first payroll we adjust the hours by adding a pay type to reduce the amount of vacation hours they are entitled.
