11.2.0.4 same query - slower response than 11.2.0.2 (using CBQT and optimizer_join_factorization)

Hi experts

We upgraded our eBS database from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.4.

We have the same query , but now we get a worse execution plan with a higher cost. Obviously, the response time is worse when we use the OFE of 11.2.0.4

When we force OFE of 11.1.0.7 we get a good execution plan .
