Which profile customer will take when we inactive customer profile class?

Hi,

Please help us on the below issue.

We have many customers and assigned profiles on account level or site level.

We faced that many customers have as assigned profile on both account level or site level and these profiles were not been assigned to these customers and we do not why this happened .... this is the first question.

Second question is which profile customer will take when we inactive customer profile class?
