deliver-to location is not customer associated for the internally sourced item

Hi,

I am trying to create a requisition for a specific item which is internally sourced. However, when i add the deliver to location, i get an error saying "deliver-to location is not customer associated for the internally sourced item".

This deliver to location refers to the field stock org.

I set this as my default deliver to location through i procurement preferences but i am not sure as to why i am receiving this error message?
