oracle 10.1 TNS-12505: TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor

TNS-12505: TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor

it is oracle 10.1 moved to HP container in the weekend, some issues, it was working from last night 4pm until this morning 8:50am the listener doesn't listen the a live database. the existing connections still be able to connect to the db, and shows in listener log, but when show status, didn't show this live database, however, same listener shows another live database .

tried check the listener.ora file not changed since 2008.

checked online, but most talks about configuration SID blah... since nothing chagne in listener.ora, and it works for another one, and for this one until suddenly not working, no idea.
