Generate Lease Details report is not working as expected

We have created leases and ran the report Generate Lease Details Report in PN. It was working fine, showing ROU and LL as expected. But for some lease which we have created recently the output is blank. It is  not showing any ROU or LL values. It is generated payment schedules and ap invoice is also created in ap. But this report is not working as expected. We did not change anything to the system like applying patches etc. Is there any pre requisite after creating  a lease, before running Generate Lease Details Report ?
