when update view with configuration manager tool wcc show issue with field of the view

Hi , when we update items in any  view in WCC with applet (Configuration Manager) ,  WCC show issue   when the users it is doing checkin 

show  the error

Content Item xxxxxxxx was not successful checked in. the  value not found in allow list options for the field  xxxxxxxx.

we ran publish schema configuration and data  several times

but the issue continue

for resolved the issue is necessary restarted wcc

any idea?
