Hi,

Oracle 12.2.0.1 GRID/RDBMS and Oracle Linux UEK 7.5

we run into the following issue:

Yesterday the kernel was updated from Minor Oracle Linux 7.5  => 7.6 due OS patchday. After rebooting the CRS stack won't completely start.

During startup of CRS the ocssd.bin process will killed. I couldn't found any meaningful messages in traces about the root cause.

For resolving that issue I already relink the GRID binaries with the new 7.6 Kernel - with no success.

We had do boot with the former Oracle 7.5. Kernel. After doing that the clusterstack fortunately was coming up again.

Sure, I will open a SR.

Before doing that, I try to ask you, did anybody of you run into the same issue?

Howdy, Stranger!
