12.2.1.4 Certification

BI Publisher 12.2.1.4 has been out for around 6 months now (April 2018 I think), but I still don't see that version in the My Oracle Support certification page, only 12.2.1.3

The certification search allows us to validate the certification of all the different components before installing the product.

I realize that there is a certification spreadsheet, but I can't even find the Weblogic Server in there.

Is there a published Oracle document certifying BIP 12.2.1.4 on Weblogic 12.2.1.3 on Windows 2016 64bit ?
