F5 BIG-IP LTM with Multiple RAC Scan VIP and health check monitoring

We have IBM MDM Application which cannot use multiple SCAN to load balance or failover in case we switch database from primary to standby database. Currently we have One RAC primary and two RAC Standby where one Standby is for Reporting purpose with Active DG and second DR in recovery mode. We have seperate Service for Reporting application connecting to Active DG. Can someone share as how they have configured the two scenario as best practices

1. Primary only accessible for Application/Reporting and standby's are in Recover mode

2. Primary available for Application and one of the Standby as Active DG for reporting purpose
