How do I query and retrieve Cache Info such as Responsibility?

For example, rather than querying the Responsibility business component, how can I query and retrieve what's already in the Cache?  I see in the log file that it is there:

CchMgrLog CchMgrAcsInfo 4 000023045bfc03dc:0 2018-11-28 11:46:23 Accesses item [0-R9NH: Siebel Administrator; Composer Administrator; Workspace Administrator; Responsibility 1; Responsibility 2; Responsibility 3; Responsibility 4; Responsibility n; Siebel Webtool User; ] in cache [Responsibility].

If you have tried this before, would appreciate your input.
