Oracle Lease equipment (Prepayment payment terms)

Dear Vaishali/Team

We noticed that type "Prepayment" is not available in Term template of Oracle equipment leases functionality. Would it be added soon? We couldn't find "Target date" field in Oracle equipment leases functionality either. Could you please help.
