Asset number update on released WO

Hello,

We are in 12.2.7 upgrade testing phase, as part of this release system gives ability to update the Asset number on WO in unreleased or draft status.  However we noticed behavior the asset number column is updateble even in released status.  Why we could change the asset on released work order?
