Single threaded queue for the R42565

Has anyone experienced issues with NOT having their R42565 in a single-threaded queue.  We are experiencing performance issues and we'd like to place 2 and three instances of our invoice run in a single queue.  We're worried that this might cause a conflict with the F42565
