Initial Fetch Time for SQL Cursor it taking long time while sorting in list applet.

Hi All,

We have a SR list applet, when sorting on Status field it is taking very long time. We have pulled the SQL logs related to this and observed that Execution time and cost is very less.

From the Object Manager logs observed that Initial Fetch Time is taking a lot of time. This behavior is happening in one environment only.

***** SQL Statement Initial Fetch Time for SQL Cursor with ID : 741.928 seconds *****

We have fined tuned the Joins, Force Active fields, Link specs Fields and Calculated fields on the BC .

Kindly suggest on why the Initial Fetch Time for SQL cursor can take time. Any inputs on this is highly appreciated.
