Unable to know how the system calculates the Credit exposure for a customer.

Hi,

Please help us on the below issue.

1 - We have a customer number 1002.

2 - This customer number 1002 has a credit limit as 15000.00

3 - This customer number 1002 has a Receivables balance as 12,456.60 as Excel sheet file attached.

4 - When we submit the Credit Exposure Report fro this customer the amount for its exposure is 10754.19 as screen shot below.

Now we would like to know how system calculates this exposure amount.

Also please inform us what about Bills Receivables? and what is its situation? can it gets calculated in the exposure limit or not.

This customer has a credit memo with amount 8000.00 What about the Credit Memos? is it will be calculated in the exposure limit or not ?
