Is Oracle Service Bus Ver 11.1.1.3 compatible with Siebel IP 14/15/16/17?

Dear All,

For a Siebel Upgrade assessment, we are evaluating the possible Siebel Options. One of the condition is that Siebel version shall be compatible with the OSB version.

I checked the compatibility of Siebel IP 14- till 18. They all need 11.1.1.5 at the minimum whereas customer is on 11.1.1.3.

Does anyone have a reference of any other customer with similar version?
