Hi Localisation experts

The user id is active by "in"

when this user is trying to do a voucher match at that time the tds form is not getting pop -up

however under the standard voucher this form gets  it gets pop up  and we can enter the tdc type in that

why the tds form  is not getting pop up during voucher match of service purchase

What could be the reason ?

Awaiting answer for this desperately.
