External node IrcVisitor.jsp redirecting to Internal node

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

When accessing the external node IrcVisitor.jsp page it is redirecting to internal node home page. We have verified the external node DMZ setup, it seems fine.

All the profile setups also looks fine. Found this document Accessing External IrcVisitor.jsp Redirects to Internal Server IrcVisitor.jsp (Doc ID 1917532.1) but the profile Application Framework Agent was already set correctly at the server level to the external node.

Request assistance on identifying the reason for this behavior and fixing this.
