Disable session-timer support on sip-interface level

Hello is it possible to disable the session timer on a sip-interface level.

We have a problem with a customer when ACME is not sending ACK to the 200OK of the Re-Invite of sessions. Until we figure out what might be causing this, we want to disable session refreshes for that customer.

Currently running a Acme Packet Net-Net 3820 SCZ7.3.0 MR-3 GA (Build 541).
