use LRT to deliver a pre-recorded message

Hi all,

Wondering if this is even possible.

I have 200 non sequenced numbers from our carrier that I want to terminate but would like to take a phased approach to it and still allow inbound calls to theses numbers, but deliver a pre-recorded message to the caller and then hang up. After 90 days, I would request the carrier to cancel and take back those numbers.

Is this possible from the SBC (1100's) ?
