Mass Retirement Template for EBS Oracle r12

Hi-

I need to retire 1,300+ Assets in Oracle Fixed Assets.  I have used the Mass Retirement form before in other mass retirements, but none of this size.  In this case I multiple Locations, Expense Accounts, Categories, and dates in service.  So it's not feasible for me to use the Mass Retirements form.  I could use an Asset Key, but I would have to go into each asset and update the Asset Key.

I'm hoping there is a Mass Retirement template that I can download and upload to a table.  I see discussion of one, but it references the Cloud.  We are not using Oracle Cloud.  Is there a template for Oracle EBS r12?
