dbms_stats jobs are running frequently outside maintainence window

Hello All,

i see the last_analyzed column of dba_tab_statistics are getting updated frequently outside the maintainence window although 'auto optimizer stats' job is scheduled as per default settings.

Please refer the attachment for different views and advice if i am missing looking at anything.

DB version : Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production
