Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How do you make "sql validation statement" in a Collection element to reference value of previous element within a quality Plan

In other words the list of values on the collection element should be restricted based on the value of previous element. (We are on EBS 11.5.10)
