Remedy 9 is now certified with Enterprise Manager 13.2 & 13.3

Hi Everyone,

Remedy 9.0.x and 9.1.x is now certified with Enterprise Manager 13.2 & 13.3 (using the Remedy Service Desk 7.6 Connector version 12.1.0.3.0). MOS certification matrix and EM 13.2 & 13.3 documentation will be updated shortly. There is a known issue with the Ticketing Inbound Operation feature not working with Remedy 9. We are currently evaluating the issue and hope to address it in the next connector release.
