FM-50025: Date time format issue on quick sales order form

In Quick order entry, we keep getting error FM-50025: Date/time must be entered in a format like DD-MON-YYYY. It occurs randomly and issue cannot be replicated at will. Happens as much as 4-5 times a day to users. User needs to close session and relogin to fix issue. Any points or ideas to debug issue. We are on 12.2.5 and use personalizations
