Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Sales Order Return issue

Hi OM Experts/Gurus,

We have Oracle EBS R12.1.3.

At time of Sales Order Return, we are able to select all lines whether it is closed or not .

It is allowing us to select line in Awaiting Shipping as well as in Picked etc.

Now, we need to select only closed line at Return Sales Order .

How can I achieve that ?
