Load Segment Values and Hierarchies - EBS Pulling incorrect values from DRM

When the Load Segment Values and Hierarchies job is run in EBS some EBS key value sets are
correctly retrieved but not all.

When the job is run for the Balancing Segment, Budget Centre, Related Party and
Product, the data is correctly retrieved from DRM and the EBS value sets are
updated correctly.

When the job is run for the natural account segment and the Tax Fund segment,
instead of retrieved the natural account segment and the Tax Fund segment
values from DRM, it retrieves and applies either the Balancing Segment or
Related Party segment into these value sets.

Does anyone know why this is happening?
