BSSV package unable to deploy after upgraded from 9.2.2.1 to 9.2.3.1

Hi,

we are unable to deploy the BSSV package after getting upgraded from 9.2.2.1 to 9.2.3.1. Following are the logs captured when deploying the BSSV package even we tried manually through SMC but , that also not working.

JDE E1 Release 9.2.3.1

WebLogic Server Version: 12.2.1.3.0
