R12.2. installation issue RHEL 7

hi Team,

We are  vision instance R12.2 IN RHEL 7.3 64 bit this issue  while the  rapid wiz performing the application stack configuration. Please advise do u have any inputs for this ?

We are using same user for both the application and the database .and the  both are running on same server .

Team, At 70% on the installatio the RAPID WIZ is getting stuck  and failing in the autoconfig phase.We areseeing below error in the log file .Please advise what be the issue ?
