Credit Check Processor failed to release past due hold although the transaction over due has been pa

Hi,

Please help us on the below issue.

1 - We have a customer number 3150.

2 - This customer has a transaction # 136700 with amount 3,420.00 with due date 29-SEP-2019.

3 - When we create the sales order # 10047595 it has gone to hold because of the past due date of the above transaction.

4 - We have gone to Receivables and applied a credit memo to the the transaction # 136700 to be ZERO amount.

We expected that the Credit Check Processor will release the hold from the above sales order but it did not WHY ??

Please may you explain the reason of this.
