Is 18.11 mstrep.dat repository corrupt?

Hi All,

Got an error importing the OOTB new Siebel repository mstrep.dat on an 18.11 upgrade running on SQL Server.  This is our first 18.11 upgrade but just ran the same on 18.10 on Oracle with no issue.

Noticed the repository signature was 18.9 so we copied the 18.10 repository to the 18.11 install and the repository import worked with no issue.

Just wondering if anyone else had run into this and wanted to document this for the community.
