Setting Up Data Management with data fields having both numeric and non-numeric values

Hi All, Greetings. I have a Q about data management setup.

I am trying to setup an import rule and corresponding mappings to load some data wherein I have two scenarios:

1. Flat file for source data has "Data" as the last column and that has values that are both text and numeric, for ex, "ALL" and "20000". My cube is set to have load method = "Numeric Data Only" in "Target Application". My file type is set to "Delimited - Numeric Data" in Import Format. When I load the data in source file, the rows with "ALL" in data column don't show up in "Data Load Workbench" at all.
