EM 13.3 Bundle Patches (2476468.1)

I didn't see an announcement here for this but 2476468.1 lists the first system patch for EM 13.3 is available however, down in the document it mentions the following.

"Application Management Plugins:

The following Plugin patches are not part of the System Patch listed above.  These patches apply to both EM 13.1 and 13.2 installations:"

I'm confused why 13.1 and 13.2 is even referenced here. Typo?

There is also no Table B or Table C listed. Since there is no history, I can see why Table C would not be listed but I'm hoping the missing Table B (agent patches) was not overlooked by accident. It would be nice have both tables referenced and if there are no patches, simple document it as such rather than leave it out. Consistency across the EM Master Patch Documents is key.
