Xstore 17.1 Security prompt message not appearing in UID_PASSWORD form

Hello,

I am currently running Xstore 17.1 base (XYZ customer template) and I am running into an issue where the security prompt message is not displaying in the UID_PASSWORD form when a user is attempting to utilize functionality they do not have the security privilege to access. For example if I am trying to exempt tax for a transaction, and the currently logged in associate does not have the necessary privileges, Xstore prompts to enter an authorized users credentials in the UID_PASSWORD form.
