I am presented with error PLS-00907 can not load library unit schema.table@dblink1 (referenced by schema.paquete@dblink1). The package with the error is based on data 11g, this has dependence on the objects of the database 12c by dblink.

They could help me by providing information about the causes of the error and the solution that can be provided. Since the error persists when compiling the package.
