Upgrading Deployment Server

Hello members,

We are planning to Upgrading our Deployment Server.,Current Dep Server - WIN2008 R2 ( 8.98.3.3 ) with SSE  to be migrated to WIN 2016 with OEE. ( 9.2.2.6 )

We are planning to do a new installation of Dep Server ( 9.2.2.6 ) in a new server and then migrate files and Local database from old Dep Server. Is steps mentioned in Doc ID 2160695.1) applicable in this case.

Please let me know any documents for the same.
