Why we should upgrade Siebel 8.1.x to 8.2.x version?

I'm trying to persuade my customers to upgrade their current Siebel 8.1.1.11 to Siebel 8.2.x version in order to fully migrate to open UI. I know somehow Siebel 8.1.1.11 is support for Open UI, but I really wanted my customer also upgrade the version so the effort will be worthed for my team. However I'm trying to search from sales point of view what are functionality or technical benefits that my customers will get from upgrading to 8.2.x from 8.1.x ? Anyone can share your experience about this?
