How do you add addresses to select from for the Asset Number Location Address field?

Hi All,

I'm pretty new to Oracle EBS and pretty much everything related to Oracle. 

I am using the eAM Manager responsibility.  I am trying to find out how to select an address in the Location tab and address field for Define Asset Number?  It looks like the address is not free form.  It will not save properly unless I select an address from a list of values.  See screenshot for the screen in question.  What responsibility and navigation path do I need to add addresses to the list of values.
