Outbound Communication Manager Createrequest/Submit request how to add CC email address

How to Add "CC" parameter to the Outbound Communication Manager, Create / Submit Request methods, Our requirement is to send an email to Owner in To and the Owners manager in CC, we are not able to find any property that would help us do the same using create/submit request

we wouldn't like to use Send Message for various reasons.
